Finally back to my old haunts. Not the most pleasant morning for it, but doable. Strong wind from the WSW. picked up tree branches off the trail in a couple of places. No other runners to be seen. Again, after Saturday's five mile, I'm optimistic about my recovery. I was feeling the PTT, but more as stiffness than the previous burning pain. Did some dance practice last night, biked to work this morning, and I am aware of my ankle. Remains to be seen how far along I am. If I'm good enough, I could run tomorrow morning too.
