They let us in the front door today, and it was a lot more pleasant. DD complained of having no energy, probably due to the low grade "itis" she acquired from Phil. We walked a couple of times, in fact. The powers that be shortened the course today to make up for the overly long course last night. They may have shortened it too much, or made the sum of the runs equal to 20K. Anyway, it was warmer and I, at least, felt better than last night. DD stuck it out and did the whole thing even though I offered to turn back early. Cinnamon roll was excellent and the beer was good too, even before noon. Time was 1:06-ish; nothing accurate about this.
