Brisk. The few other runners I encountered were equipped as though they were going to war. One had a fanny pack with two quarts of liquid and two pounds of power bars. Another was carrying two 20 oz. bottles of Gatorade in his hand. It's 17 degrees, people. As for me, I felt pretty great, and enjoyed the run, in spite of running the same course three weeks in a row.
