Vibram V-RUN (V-Run 2)
At the hospital since 5:30 am, so this is on my supper break. I did not enjoy it. Scaled back both because of the heat and the need to get back to DW. Pace turned out to be much faster than it felt, and at least I was afterward glad I did it.
