Notes

Three circuits of weights at -10 lbs. My pecs are sore from the last workout, and I have one sore lat on the left side - most noticed on the torso rot. Still, was good to get back on weights. Then did 30 minutes on elliptical, level 12, 3.6 miles. Finished up with three laps in the pool.
