Feel a little like I'm getting a sinus cold. Hope that's not the case; took a couple of Cs. Legs and even ankles and feet felt great, however. Along the Leon's trail section, I did some speed work, and that really woke up my legs. Nice. Met a handful of others, including Port-starboard Man.
