Ha - tied my PR to the second. Maybe I could have shaved off a second or two at the beginning if I had pushed harder past the crowd. Doesn't really matter. Beautiful morning and I felt good. Whenever I asked myself if my pace was appropriate, I was thinking my legs have totally got this. My O2, though, felt like the limiting factor. Last mile, legs didn't feel so great on the climbs, but still I didn't feel that they were holding me back. Kind of sucking air near the end.

Now have just a bit of time before departure to Norfolk.
Update: Age-graded performance: 42 overall, 71.59 percentile.
