Managed to get from alarm to out the door in less than 15 minutes. Right off the bat saw the red moon and thought that's not clouds, that's an eclipse. Kept watching and doubting myself, but finally when I reached Calvert it was emerging from the eclipse and there was no doubt. Lots of stops to observe. Beautiful. I felt strong, but with a fear of impending bronchitis. Took 1000 mg vitamin C. Encountered seven females, one male runners.
