Notes
Had a hitch in my lower left back since yesterday. Cause unknown. Somewhat better this morning, and it didn't seem to affect my running. I was thinking yesterday a DNF could happen. I was feeling pretty good this morning, so I raced, and paced terribly. I kind of miscalculated, or didn't calculate my goal pace.
