Because I got to bed a bit late, then this morning the dog took ten minutes for his business, I was discouraged from doing the full 6.5 run. Took it pretty easy, and it felt alright; then from the decline down the dam all the way to the 52nd Street bridge, I gunned it, for no particular reason. That felt good as well. Interesting, I felt the fast part most in my hip adductors.
The only celestial bodies visible were Venus, Arcturus, and a little light from the moon on a cloud.
