So this didn't turn out to be intervals, simply because I forgot to check my plan. I thought I was supposed to do something speedwork-related, so I did these halfhearted fartleks. Felt reasonably good; surprising today's run was slower than yesterday's. Time at the traffic lights?
Earlier than typical, later than the early runs; met the gang of runners near South and other odd runners elsewhere, including a couple on Sumner.
