Didn't really expect anyone to join me, but I got to the Auld Center in time, just in case. Nope, I was alone. Quite a few friendly runners on the trail, though.
As for me, I felt very good this morning, pre-run. During the run, I didn't feel discouraged by the occasional PTT pain; I took it as pain that goes with rehab. Time will tell, of course. Took aspirin immediately after. Will take tomorrow off, and try next run Monday.
