Pretty nice. Not motivated to run as fast as yesterday. A lot of bikes in Holmes Park. Huge swarms of bugs around the dam on the way back, to the extent that I held my rag in front of my face the whole way. I could hear a general buzzing in the air all around me. Couldn't tell what type of bugs they were, but I think gnats. Never encountered this before.
