Notes
Not exactly sure why I called this a long run, but the twelve-miler last Saturday was "easy". Interesting collection of aromas on this run. Curry, burgers cooking, acrid rubber burning, car exhaust, Japanese restaurant, Runza, then cooking fish and rice when I got home.
Rated this as a seven quality, mainly due to a side stitch that brought me to a walk at times during the last half mile. Finished at a run, however.
