Paved trail the whole way. Uphill pretty much the whole way. Went from Halleck Park along Papio Creek, a lake, an underpass under 96th street, a long, hard climb where everyone else was walking, then a climb up to Walnut Lake dam, and finally to Papilion-La Vista S HS. I passed a bunch of people; no one passed me. It was hard, though.
The app gave me a 7:38 pace. I don't have an explanation for the discrepancy.
