I am coming down with a cold, as of yesterday, actually, but in denial until last night. Still able to breathe throguh my nose (not when running), but pharynx is sore. Legs felt great; fine run; short because we were up too late seeing the movie Nebraska.
Wind chill something like -9F. Note to self: Wear a second layer on legs when it's this cold.
