I felt good. Did the normal 1-2 and 3-4 hydrant fartleks, and one from Cooper, then ran the entire 1-4 hydrant portion at mile pace. It was good. View of the rising sun was spectacular; it looked like a close-up of Jupiter. Fog on the fields and below the dam. Seemed like this was a morning for dudes to run, not women.
