Notes
I didn't feel as strong as one might think after a day off, but, well, I guess I was as strong. This didn't feel as light and free as Friday's run, but I still had the muscles to power up the hills. Time indicates this was a good run.
Nice cool morning. I call it humid because I actually felt mist at times.
Yesterday turned out to be a recovery day. My training consisted of a nap, which helped deal with physical and psychic stress of the preceding weeks.
