Boy, am I glad I decided to run outside instead of on the treadmill, which had been my plan when I went to bed. Although there was a fair amount of ice and snow to negotiate, it wasn't bad, and I wasn't cold. Still dealing with rhinitis or pharyngitis, and woke up mostly because I was plugged up. PAT is feeling pretty good now. I was aware that the run was causing minor irritation, but sometimes one's gotta push things. Feels pretty good post-run, too.
Surprisingly, encountered four other runners during the course of my run.
