Kinda forgot that I gave blood Thursday, until I started this run. I quickly concluded that this shouldn't be a twelve-miler, and set a much more modest goal. Didn't feel terrible; just weaker than normal. Could have dressed a bit more warmly, too. Snow and ice weren't much of a problem.
