Did 1/2 mile warmup prior to this, but not logging it. Race was good. Course was really nice; much improved from previous years. I guess pacing was perfect, because the 1/2 mile timekeeper called out 3:33 as I passed. That said, I think I could have gone sub-7 if I had cared enough to hurt. This didn't end up hurting much, if any.
A year later: Replacing Garmin results above with official results. Garmin results were 0.99 miles, 7:05.08.
