PTT worse overnight, but not bad for the run. I tried to keep it easy, but my speed belies that a bit. Daylight runs are always faster. Anyway, felt good.
I decided not to do a long run, to reduce stress on my PTT. Put this off till the last minute, 'cause I had to shower and hurry to the Nutcracker.
