Notes
Took yesterday off due to lousy weather and ptt. Ankle felt remarkably good prior to run. It was spotty during the run, sometimes worrisome, sometimes good. Nippy. Wore the aviator's hat and mittens, and was okay. Feet somewhat chilly. Post-run, ankle feels better than it has in a while, but aspirin is playing a part in that.
