No ill effects from yesterday's race, other than demonstrating what poor shape my upper body is in. I should at least go back to doing pushups after runs. Anyway, I even did a few hurdles over the barrels yesterday, without any noticeable residual effects on the tendons of my feet.
This run was pretty nice. My energy level wasn't great, but was adequate. I think when there's a constant light mist, it qualifies as humid.
