Nippy morning, Ursa Major prominent in the sky. Dressed in tights and LS T, gloves and headband. Only my fingers got chilly during the run.
Wore my VFFs. They felt nice, and my stride felt smoother than previous VFF runs. I thought my pace was pretty moderate, and I didn't gun it anywhere, so I guessed my time would be 1:04 to 1:05. Pretty surprised to see 1:01 when I got home.
