Fourteen degrees cooler and less humid makes a difference. I felt better, too; probably slept better. Met about a dozen other runners including Sue and her companion, who seems to know me. Several walkers and bikes, but most interestingly, a mama duck and her brood of tiny ducklings swimming busily upstream in the creek. I stopped to admire. There were howling dogs and peacocks as well. A pleasant morning.
