Very dark this morning again and a lot of leaves on the ground. Add the glaring headlights of oncoming cars and you have a very uneven run. With the darkness and headlights I was forced over into big piles of leaves that seemed to appear out of nowhere. Not to mention sticks and branches that disappeared in the shadows but were nevertheless there to trip me up occasionally as I tried to get out of the way of oncoming traffic.
