Another somewhat warmish morning. Overcast and looking like it was going to rain with the sun peeping out very briefly about midway through the run. Really felt good this morning despite sleeping pretty bad last night. First 8 miles in 1:02 (7:45 min/mile), last 5.1 miles in 36 minutes (7:03 min/mile).
The consequence of running faster today caused some slight heel pain again in my left heel as well as some discomfort in my left knee.
