WU: 1ish miles .Started the warm-up a tad late as Naomi's meeting went late and I didn't get the car on time. Then it was apparently rush hour. Not a big deal though as I still had time for a bathroom and warm enough to not want much of a warm-up. I also wasn't feeling splendid.
CD: 1/2 mile back to the car.
