Mid-morning run so Nessa wouldn't get wet in the rain. 2 miles with Nessa. Pretty easy 1st mile, then a faster mile with more elevation gain as Nessa was cruising on the middle uphill. I enjoyed it, though my heart rate was spiking.
Afterwards, I fell apart (how many times have I written that since moving to MO). This time I have the flu & COVID shots from yesterday to blame. Body aches and chills started after the run, then fatigue and headache the rest of the day.
