I felt off yesterday morning and just got more fatigued throughout the day. I woke up today feeling better though my pre-run snack had me uneasy. Still, I figured I'd try my hill workout, 8x45sec. I didn't want to do the hill right by my house so I looped around to try a different one. That one didn't look right so I kept looking, ended up 4 miles in an back closer to my house. The incline I chose wasn't very steep but it was easily long enough.

First 2 were quite slow then the rest were about 5:40 pace. I felt like I found the right effort, hard but never at risk of overdoing it.
