<50degrees and no wind (a good dose of humidity though). Couldn't pass up this morning for a workout. Plan was 3x2mile @ tempo, getting faster each rep ideally. 2mile warm-up. Legs are either feeling sleepy still or tired from the double and/or Saturday. Flats on today.

1) 12:07 (6:00, 6:07): After getting up to speed, this felt pretty easy. I did remember that I was supposed to cut down my pace each rep so I slowed on the 2nd mile, perhaps more than necessary.

2) 12:00 (6:02, 5:58): Had to fight at times on this first mile as it was more uphill, and found the faster cadence eventually. Did a 180 at halfway that I'm not a fan of but felt fine today.

3) 11:36 (5:43, 5:53): I started off strong on this one and felt rather good. It wouldn't last the whole rep though as the 2nd mile required a bit more focus to not slow down as my legs were ready to be done before they actually got tired.

Objective accomplished. My heart rate was oddly low today, maybe the weather or just inaccurate.
