A rare run where I didn't start my watch, it wasn't until halfway that I checked and almost not even then. With Drew and Helix. Drew was slightly tired but Helix seemed quite alright with setting the pace, which felt hot at times. I started not feeling great after the turnaround but ended up just needing a bathroom break (though of course I didn't feel that when I had a chance at a toilet). Felt better the final 2 miles.
