Notes

Hills felt good on Wednesday so came back for more. More of like a fartlek run than hill repeats - ran semi-hard up most hills, a few faster downhills, and than a couple uphill sprints. Not sure how many I did, but lasted around 3 miles. Most of the uphills were stair trails, so somewhat getting used to those.
