Notes

Another slower day as we picked up the rest of the flags, though I led most of the way and took us slightly faster than yesterday. I woke up this morning feeling drunk: very groggy (body wanted >> 8 hours sleep) and tired muscles. Nevertheless the run went very well, my foot didn't hurt too much though my right quad and hip had sharp soreness.
