A poor night of sleeping led to an early run. Still, it felt like it was full-on day already as the sun rises earlier and earlier. Lucky for me though it was still a cool morning and I even wore gloves for maybe the last time in months.
The workout was some casual mile repeats on trail so I wouldn't care about pace. Instead, I was just frustrated that I didn't know how hard I was going. Probably for the best though as otherwise, I'd be working too hard.
The only real mistake was doing 2 sprints right as I got onto the bike path. My legs were not ready for the hard surface.
