Indoor Bike

Notes

Treat this as a "Health Note". Day of the wedding and I'm not running. Figured I could use a rest day and I'm not running much anyway.

I did jump on a bike in the fitness area though. 1 mile and then some quick lifting and abs. That was my morning workout. My afternoon workout will be standing in dress shoes for hours. My night workout will be dancing.
