Notes
WU: 2 with Drew. Using warm-up feelings of fatigue and trepidation. Though leaning more on the trepidation and less on the fatigue than previous weeks.
CD: 6 with Drew. A weird combination of easy and hard. Drew and I chatted easily the whole time as my legs just floated along feeling like they could have run for miles and miles. On the other hand, I could tell things were hurting or will be hurting more later. It's as if my body was silently protesting this whole cool down and was just waiting to explode.
