Notes
This run ended up being sneaky, as the next day I was hurting more than I should have for a normal distance run. First I ran further than planned, typically a good thing, because I looped around on some roads more than I thought. Problem was, I was running on trails on slick roads and my feet weren't too happy about it afterwards. I also went to the Rec Center afterwards to do some indoor strides on the 115m track. They were feeling really good and I probably got carried away doing too many. So again, my feet weren't too happy about all the sharp turns.
