Notes
Looking at the past week, I've had a lot of easy days and the rest were distance days, so I thought I'd force some quicker paces. I had 2 obstacles, the snow-covered gravel roads (success, ran on the main roads and there were few cars), and eating too much free pizza and pb m&m's at lunch (split decision, didn't affect workout but would have felt better if I'd waited a few more hours. Anyway, the workout was 7 min tempo, which ended up being all uphill, then 6x30sec @ mile with 30sec rest, also mostly uphill incidently. Felt pretty good but nothing was too grueling, at least I think I'm ready to race again.
