Tried to squeeze another workout in before the weekend since I don't really know what my travel plans are. Soon after starting I realized I felt pretty crappy, overall just tired but stomach was also upset (possibly from trying to finish the milk this morning and failing). Soon I was at 5 miles and still didn't want to run faster. I happened to be near a outdoor bathroom so I decided to try that even though I wasn't feeling like it was necessary. This got me feeling slightly better and started a tempo. Gradually felt better, but tempo was broken up by lots of turning, some traffic, and snow-covered sidewalks. Ended up going about 13 minutes tempo, ~5 minutes break, 7 minute tempo, 3 minute cool-down. Could have been a lot worse I suppose.
