Notes
Late run and I was hungry, but once on the roads I felt good - maybe too good as I was speeding the first few miles.
It took my over 3 miles to get to McRae Park (which was good, I thought 6 miles would be a struggle tonight). I could have kept running to find a longer hill but this one seemed fine (between 150m & 200m I'm guessing).
I started off easy with a 39sec and 38sec, then cruised 4 in a row right around 35sec. These weren't long enough hills to get me really tired, and I think I could have done quite a few more at this pace, but I wasn't planning on pushing the limit tonight. And yet I did think it was a good idea to do 1 last hill nearly all-out. I did the last 1 in 30sec (wow, was I going too slow before?), hopefully that didn't overdo it.
I continued my fast running for a mile or so before the tiredness crept up before the final uphills, so I made sure to relax for the final 2 miles.
