Notes
This run just went from bad to worse. I knew my back wasn't going to enjoy running right after climbing (and it did hurt to start), but my legs actually felt good right away. Less than a mile in, though, I needed a bathroom (despite going right before the run), and I would actually stop 3 times this run.
I still had hopes of a good run until after the 2nd stop. Then I just jogged the rest of the way because meh.
