Back in St. Louis and ran right when I got up. Couldn't decide how I felt, after taking a day off (I had time to run yesterday after the long travel day, but opted to recover); I felt relaxed and was breathing well, but my legs were tired from the days of walking and standing, as well as some weight lifting. So I decided to ease into some tempo, which was interesting with the short, steep hills I was running on. Tempo for 20min then needed to make a pit stop. Afterwards I was unsure about doing more, and upon finding a track team on the track, I headed home.
Mileage goal = unsuccesful
