3 x (3min @10k, 1min rest, 1min @mile, 3min rest)
Warmed up into the wind. Snow was falling but only sticking to my clothes.
1st 3min started downhill to get me going. 2nd was somewhat uphill. 10k pieces were around 5:20, mile pieces were around 4:45. I felt alright, the pace just wasn't as smooth as desired.
