Workout: 4min Tempo, 3min 10k, 2min 5k w/ 2min rest, 3 x 1min @ 3k w/ 1min rest.
Relic workout, last workout I did before my last college XC race. Tempo ended up being 4 1/2 min as I wanted to get back to my shoes to switch into piranhas - rest was still long though. 10k took 3 1/2 min as I forgot to check my watch. All these reps felt very short, likely because it was the same course as my 8min tempos last week. 5k also went long, 2 1/2 min, again on purpose as I wanted to jump over some haybales. Finished off with some 1min strides that felt alright.
Definitely left this workout thinking I didn't do much, suppose that's a good thing as I'm racing soon. Felt really good on the 10k and 5k after needing the tempo to warm up. 3k didn't feel too fast but I did have some troubles when grass was uneven.
