Notes
A colder morning, but I still eschewed gloves and a hat. It took me a while to enjoy this run as my stomach was upset, then back was sore, then had a side ache. I was also running a lame route to stay close to a bathroom (of course then I didn't need one). Eventually started feeling decent, although my right calf got oddly tight on the last hill.
Also nearly got hit (see nudged) by a car today, haven't had that in a long time. They were coming out of a parking lot in front of me and turning right. I never saw them notice me so I slowed down, but then the car stayed stopped a bit longer than I would and I made the assumption they had seen me already. Of course right as I began to cross, they started going, saw me and hit the breaks as I stopped too. Then I just ran around the car (which I probably should have done from the start).
