Notes

Challenged Drew to some long hills (~3/4 mi). Chili and Katie accompanied us until the workout. Doing a hill I've done many times before, I could tell I was working harder than I have in past workouts, but that's not too surprising. Felt good but heel was hurting - probably due to the downhills. Took the second one harder since we it most likely was going to be the last one. Might have been able to do another one, but I was already hesitant after running for 9 days in a row.
