Notes

Starting a run hungry is a good way to be hungry all day, and I basically ate until this climb, but I still felt less tired than when I run right before climbing.

Taking a day off was good, I felt really strong today. Hazard and I quickly did pink-red-orange on the new problems, followed by the red overhang problem that I've been working on. We then got to the new triangle wall that I started on Tuesday. This time we (adding Adam) went all the way from pink to green. I also did a yellow route after that. Good day.
