I had a bad feeling about this run: lots of miles in me, 90degrees and muggy, and I made the classic mistake of eating Pizza Ranch Buffet at lunch (I thought I needed the calories!, also Cactus Bread!). I met up with some guys and thankfully they weren't interested in anything fast, so I gradually felt better. I was just over 7 miles and only 1 other guy wanted to keep going, that's how I ended up getting 11 when I wasn't planning on another day of double d's. Finished feeling better than yesterday, what do you know?
